Building a Strong State

A strong, modern, efficient, socially responsible, transparent State at the service of the citizen. A State that creates wealth for all through work and employment. A democratic state respecting civil and political rights. A State based on moral values and ethics. A State advocating fair justice accessible to all. A State imposing respect for the integrity of its territory. A State ensures the security of the lives and property of every citizen. A State ensures the minimum level of well-being for its population (health, education, housing, etc.). A State dictating the rules of the game and playing its role as arbiter to create an environment conducive to massive private investment that creates jobs.
