Basic social services for all including education, professional training, health, drinking water, social protection. Our society is crossed by relations of exploitation inherited from the dawn of colonial times. To put an end to this, we must adopt bold public policies aimed at a fairer distribution of wealth on a national scale. There cannot be a Republic without the certainty for everyone to enjoy fundamental rights: housing, food, work, culture, health care, education and living in security. At least 90% of the population must be employed.
We must think outside the box to succeed in an original and ambitious project. The entire philosophy of En Avant revolves around the well-being of Haitians. Each of us deserves to have a job, decent housing, and enjoy education and access to health care. The movement intends to promote the creativity of each Haitian who is an artist, a researcher, a producer, a creator, an entrepreneur. The first form of solidarity is the solidarity of those who earn more towards those who live in abject poverty. It is important to broaden the tax base so that the State has the means for its policy, so that the government has the financial resources to support the poorest and finance the key infrastructures necessary for development and progress.
