DEFINE A DIGITAL STRATEGY

En Avant is an avant-garde and modern movement. It also intends to promote a national digital strategy. Digital technology is a vector for the creation of a thousand jobs, especially among our young people. An e-Governance strategy allows the harmonization of technical standards, original and effective formulas that can promote education or better governance of public administration. We are for a national digital strategy that improves quality education, health and public safety. This will require good connectivity and an adequate legal framework. The future depends on it. Without connectivity, Haiti will lag behind.

Information and communication technologies can be a tremendous economic opportunity for Haiti. It is about anchoring them to an organizational vision and integrating them into a national project. However, mastering the digital transformation process requires strong managerial and technical skills, an institutional, political and regulatory framework in support of the digital economy and a communication infrastructure. An ideal digital policy for Haiti means that stakeholders clearly define the role of the state, the private sector and other strategic partners in this sector.
