Justice lends itself to multiple purposes. In our modern advocated state, justice as an institution will adequately meet the requirements of ensuring respect for the laws and guaranteeing the rights of everyone. Thus, we are dedicated to profoundly reforming our judicial system for the effectiveness of fair and impartial justice. This reform implies an overhaul of our legal corpus for a good harmonization between law and society. We promote laws to strengthen judicial independence, laws to consolidate the financial security and tenure of judges, codes of ethics for the practice of the legal profession.
Human rights organizations must be supported if they are to continue to be useful for the advancement of society. We would encourage the creation of legal aid services to support low-income litigants. We are for the provision of adequate means for an efficient forensic inspection. The EN AVANT movement intends to work to foster the emergence of an alternative to the corrupt justice system causing too much damage to the country.
The Forward Movement Affirm the inalienable right to safety and security. The public authorities must organize the protection of citizens while guaranteeing our rights and our fundamental freedoms. No ambition for Haiti can do without the restoration of state authority, the demobilization of the armed gangs that poison the lives of citizens, the modernization and strengthening of the PNH and the Haitian army.
